Returned items should be unused and in their original condition where applicable. We may ask for your order details or photos so we can review your request.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order information and details of the issue.
We will review your request and provide the appropriate next steps. Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method where possible.
